In this role, you will manage strategic Prosumer accounts in Iberia, shaping value-driven partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. You will align customer needs with Schneider Electric's Prosumer strategy, coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. You'll engage across business, sustainability, and technical stakeholders to drive long-term, profitable relationships. Responsabilidades
Manage a portfolio of strategic Prosumer accounts across Iberia with recurring, value-driven relationships
Create account plans covering commercial strategy, opportunities, and next steps
Identify explicit and latent customer needs and translate them into opportunities and value propositions
Prospect and qualify new customers within the Prosumer ecosystem




Build relationships with decision-makers across business, operations, sustainability, procurement, engineering, and technical teams
Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Offer Management, Services, Pricing, Marketing, and Partners to deliver solutions
Maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up, forecasts, next steps, and risk visibility
Gather market insights to support Prosumer strategy and identify service or go-to-market improvements
Lead discovery meetings and consultative discussions to strengthen relationships beyond single opportunities
Contribute to profitable growth through account management, demand generation, and new customer acquisition
Requisitos principales Experience in B2B sales, KAM, business development, or strategic account management in industrial, energy, electrical, or technology environments
Ability to combine a strong commercial orientation with a consultative approach
