Overview
In this role you will translate the L&D; roadmap into an annual learning plan and deliver general programmes. You will manage end-to-end delivery and oversee LMS operations, ensuring data integrity and vendor quality. You'll help launch Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies and drive adoption across multiple countries. This position sits within Horse Powertrain Solutions, based in Madrid, with occasional travel to other sites, in a dynamic, international, collaborative environment.
Responsabilidades Translate the L&D; roadmap into an annual learning plan and calendar
Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes
Coordinate content vendors and ensure quality, prioritization, and SLA compliance
Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity
Support the launch and operation of Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies
Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries




Monitor compliance training completion and escalate risks or gaps
Produce KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement of learning processes and programmes
Requisitos principales Proven track record in global L&D; programme management
Experience with LMS platforms administration
Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration (or related field)
Excellent stakeholder management and learning programme delivery
Strong project management and data-driven reporting skills (Power BI/HR Analytics)
Experience in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Excellent command of English; Spanish valued
