Overview
You will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, building durable relationships and converting them into long-term revenue opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor on operational and product issues, while advocating for customers internally to drive expansion. The role involves handling a high volume of small spend accounts, identifying churn risks, and collaborating across teams to improve the customer experience. This position offers meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global reach.

Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
Build and nurture client relationships, uncovering pain points and growth opportunities
Be the voice of the customer by sharing product and operational feedback with internal stakeholders




Ensure high-quality day-to-day customer experience and timely response to requests
Drive adoption of Deel features to improve retention and satisfaction
Requisitos principales Minimum 2+ years of relevant, client-facing experience
Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Strong relationship-building with calm demeanor under stress
Quantitatively inclined with ability to draw insights from data
Self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility
Proven track record of achievement and ability to impact business outcomes
