Overview
In this role you partner with leading general pharma organizations to implement Veeva's Commercial Cloud solutions, focusing on AI-driven, data-backed customer relationships. You lead delivery across project manager, lead solution architect, and business analytics streams, shaping scalable processes for life sciences clients. You work with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and trusted advisory relationships. This is a remote-friendly, travel-enabled position with meaningful industry impact and ownership from day one.
Responsabilidades Lead delivery for implementation projects in PM, functional analysis, solution architecture, and stream leadership roles
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize processes into scalable solutions
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across organizations
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and partners




Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks
Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the specified roles (PM, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect)
Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device sector
Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
Ability to travel approximately 20%
