We're looking for an experienced Senior iOS Engineer to help us build an SDK that is reliable, secure, and high-performing across a wide range of devices and environments. As our user base continues to grow, ensuring a seamless experience — even on older devices and slower networks — is critical.
Your expertise will help tackle challenges around performance optimisation, reliability, and usability, keeping Veriff at the forefront of digital identity verification.
You'll help us protect honest people online by:
Designing, developing, and maintaining our iOS SDK using Swift, ensuring high performance, security, and usability
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers
Addressing challenges related to performance and compatibility across a wide range of devices and network conditions
Implementing and improving testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing
Identifying and advocating for new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency and product quality
Contributing to the technical direction of the iOS SDK and helping shape the future of Veriff's mobile products
Proven experience as a Senior iOS Engineer with a strong track record in building high-quality iOS applications or SDKs
Strong expertise in Swift and iOS frameworks (Cocoa Touch, UIKit, etc.)
Experience with testing frameworks and automation tools (e.unit, integration, performance testing, Fastlane)
Experience developing and maintaining iOS SDKs
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Exposure to other platforms (Android, cross-platform frameworks)
