We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong understanding of QA methodologies. The idóneo candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. This role will require hands-on testing experience, the ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous improvement in QA processes. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the full software testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery .Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications .Perform a variety of testing types, including: Performance TestingWeb TestingMobile TestingAccessibility TestingExploratory TestingAPI TestingSecurity TestingRegression Testing .Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to identify and resolve software issues .Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .Mentor and train junior QA team members to ensure consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing .Maintain test documentation,



including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process improvements .Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing .
Required
Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting .Strong expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, Git .Deep understanding of testing methodologies such as: Integration TestingSystem TestingRegression TestingPerformance TestingSecurity TestingExploratory Testing .Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues .Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors .Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders .
