Overview
In this role, you will lead branding and loyalty initiatives across CSS EMEIA, shaping brand architecture and customer engagement for both Compression Systems and Air Treatment. You'll align regional branding with global standards, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive loyalty programs that boost retention and advocacy. You'll manage multi-country rollout plans and measure impact to accelerate growth and market differentiation. This position offers a strategic, cross-functional leadership opportunity in a global industrial environment.

Responsabilidades
Lead EMEIA branding initiatives across CSS and Air Treatment
Drive brand value propositions, messaging consistency, and differentiation aligned with value-selling
Manage brand architecture, transitions, and harmonization across the region




Develop and execute branding roadmaps across countries and channels
Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, legal, digital, operations, sales, and support
Monitor milestones and ensure branding changes are implemented smoothly
Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty and retention programs
Collaborate with commercial, service, digital, and marketing teams to identify engagement opportunities
Define program KPIs and measure customer participation, retention, advocacy, and revenue impact
Continuously evaluate feedback, trends, and competitor programs to optimize loyalty initiatives
Act as primary EMEIA liaison for corporate brand teams
Ensure consistent brand standards and visual identity across touchpoints
Provide guidance to local teams, distributors, and units on branding practices
Build partnerships with regional leaders, product, sales, distributors, and service teams
Present updates and impact assessments to senior leadership
