Overview In this role you will shape and grow Diebold Nixdorf's indirect retail business in Spain and Portugal by building strong partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, develop joint plans and bring retail technology solutions to market. Operating with support from the European Channel organization, you'll expand market presence, strengthen partner engagement and influence the future growth of our retail channel. This position offers cross-functional collaboration, exposure to strategic partners and a chance to impact how we connect people to commerce.
Responsabilidades
Develop and expand strategic retail channel partnerships across Spain and Portugal
Identify, recruit and develop new channel partners to broaden market coverage
Build and maintain relationships with partner leaders and key decision-makers
Manage a healthy partner opportunity pipeline from qualification to revenue generation
Collaborate with partners on business plans, go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives




Support partners with enablement activities, sales programs and commercial guidance
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partner Management to maximize channel success
Develop forecasts, business cases and performance insights for strategic decisions
Advocate for partner needs and share market intelligence to shape priorities
Drive partner retention, loyalty and long-term revenue growth across indirect retail channels
Requisitos principales 4-6 years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Management, Alliance Management or indirect sales roles
Proven track record of growing revenue through channel partners, distributors or indirect sales channels
Strong understanding of the Spanish retail market and relationships across Spain (and ideally Portugal)
Knowledge of retail technology solutions (POS, self-checkout, software
