As a Head of Finance, you will lead the transformation of Exoticca's finance operations, building the team, processes, and systems that will power our next chapter of international accelerated growth.
You will be the top stakeholder for Finance across the organization – the person the person who drives alignment across teams and keeps finance-related projects moving, so the rest of the business can rely on finance as a true partner.. We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines people leadership (coaching, developing, and growing a high-performing team) with operational rigor (robust processes, cash-flow optimization, audit readiness, scalable systems)



to turn a fast-moving finance function into a resilient one.

Lead, coach, and reinforce the finance team, strengthening individual team members and fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture across corporate finance and accounting.
