Overview
In this role you will plan, execute and close professional services projects for Clinisys, coordinating across teams to deliver within scope, time, and budget. You will steer project plans, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and drive successful delivery. Responsabilidades
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders
Create comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Identify risks and design mitigation strategies
Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans
Monitor progress and adjust to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
Allocate and manage resources (personnel, budget, equipment) and ensure availability
Track resource utilization and performance
Implement quality assurance to meet required standards
Conduct regular reviews and audits for compliance with standards and best practices
Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
Prepare and maintain project documentation and provide status and risk reports to stakeholders
Requisitos principales German language fluency
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
3-5 years of project management experience in the services sector
Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector
Strong planning, execution, and risk management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
