Overview
As P1 Project Manager at Valeo Martos, you will lead and coordinate OEM/OES projects from concept to launch, ensuring KPIs for profitability, quality, and readiness. Responsabilidades Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects
Manage OEM/OES projects with known technological components
Achieve project KPIs for profitability, quality, and production readiness
Secure and monitor project resources




Resolve project issues via escalation with relevant functions
Define and manage budgets, including sub-project budgets
Manage customer relationships and coordinate team communication
Coordinate with related P2/P1 projects to align objectives
Ensure project delivery aligns with Valeo and customer expectations
Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering
Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization
Knowledge of product cost structures and payback periods
Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process
Proven experience in P0/P1 project development (2–3 years)
Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing)
