Overview In this role you will drive the transformation and decarbonization agenda for process industries by selling KBC's consulting and technology solutions. You will act as a client expert in the geo-market, shaping strategy with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to win large, complex opportunities. You'll build and manage a robust pipeline, integrate software/technology with consulting, and deliver value-based solutions that align with profitability and long-term client success. This position offers the chance to influence significant industrial projects while collaborating in a general, sustainability-focused culture.
Responsabilidades Meet or exceed annual order intake targets
Maintain a sales pipeline at least 3x target
Source and structure large multi-discipline projects for target clients
Integrate Software/Technology sales into Consulting sales aligned with targets
Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to deliver integrated solutions
Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, value-based solutions




Develop and implement relationship plans for strategic accounts
Clarify customer needs and translate them into actionable specifications
Lead cross-functional teams to configure tailored product-and-services offerings
Negotiate terms to ensure profitability and cash flow
Maintain CRM data and ensure compliance with policies
Act as a subject-matter expert and maintain external accreditations
