Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a JavaScript / TypeScript Full-Stack Developer to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models. You will conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.
- Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
- Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
- Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning,



including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development.
- Experience with Node. Js for backend development.
- Familiarity with Nest. Js as a progressive Node. Js framework.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue. Js, or Angular.
- Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
