In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional aesthetic treatments and ensuring a comfortable, welcoming experience for every client. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Performing lash lifting and lash tinting treatments with precision.
- Carrying out eyebrow shaping, tinting, and brow lamination.
- Executing hair removal using both threading and waxing techniques.
- Performing facial cleansings and tailored aesthetic treatments.
- Welcoming clients, assessing their needs, and providing personalized beauty advice.
- Setting up treatment booths and maintaining strict cleaning and disinfection of all tools and instruments.





To qualify for this position, you must have practical skills and appropriate training in personal aesthetics.

- Mandatory vocational training or verified work experience in aesthetics and styling.
- High-level proficiency in Spanish to communicate effectively and advise clients.
- Good knowledge of English is considered a valuable plus for international clients.
- Strong customer orientation, hygiene awareness, and attention to detail.

This position offers stable working conditions within the private sector in Palma:

- Contract type: Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo).
- Working hours: 30 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to a full-time 40-hour schedule.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday with alternating Saturdays off, organized in intensive morning or afternoon shifts.
- Salary: Gross monthly salary between 1,600 EUR and 1,800 EUR for a 40-hour week.
