Are you looking for a stable cleaning role in Palma, Mallorca? IC Serveis is hiring a dedicated Cleaning Operative holding an official disability certificate to maintain the indoor facilities at Son Biniloni. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a key role in keeping the premises hygienic, safe, and well organized.

In this position, you will be responsible for daily indoor cleaning routines and sanitation procedures across various areas of the site.

Your main tasks include:

- Cleaning and disinfecting changing rooms, showers, lockers, benches, and common zones.
- Sanitising bathrooms and toilets to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish properly across all designated areas.
- Cleaning offices and workspaces, including sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down desks and furniture.
- Sweeping and maintaining hallways, transit areas, and shared corridors.
- Replenishing hygiene consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.




- Handling standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals in line with established health and safety protocols.

To qualify for this opportunity, you should meet the following requirements:

- A recognised disability certificate (mandatory).
- A valid driving licence (Category A or B) or access to your own vehicle to reach the Son Biniloni facilities in Palma.
- A reliable, careful, and responsible approach to your daily tasks.

IC Serveis offers clear and structured working conditions in Mallorca:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) on a full-time schedule.
- Working hours arranged as follows: Mondays from 07:00 to 11:00 and 14:00 to 19:00; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 14:00 to 19:00; and Fridays from 14:00 to 22:00.
- Fixed rest days every weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
- Compensation structured over 12 payments with prorated bonuses included.
