Are you an experienced real estate agent living permanently on Costa del Sol, looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed?

As a Real Estate Agent Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Identify and contacting buyers that want to buy their dreamhome and/or want to invest in a property.
- You will have ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and you will be responsible for identifying and managing new properties to be sold.
- Enjoys creating long-term customer relationships and is used to work fast.
- Have the ability to take your own initiative and enjoy working independently, while being able to offer creative solutions.
- Adaptable working hours, when the customer is available for a viewing, you need to be on site of the property.

Who We Are Looking For

- We are looking for you who are an experienced and driven real estate agent, love sales and to do business.
- The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.
- You have a driving license and your own car, speak more or less fluently English and Swedish.
- If you are fluent in third language like Dutch, German, French,



Danish, Finish or Polish it is an advantage.
- Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.
