We are looking for a German-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join a leading integral technology project in Barcelona.
In this role, you will support small and medium-sized businesses in the German market by helping them launch and grow their online advertising campaigns. This is a consultative B2B sales position with a strong focus on outbound sales, client onboarding, account management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact new business clients through outbound calls.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the advertising platform.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize performance.
- Identify upselling opportunities and grow customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with clients while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level German.
- High level of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, account management, or business development.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of PPC, online advertising, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems and AI productivity tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the German market and GDPR regulations is desirable.
