Your mission
You will be a key commercial growth driver for the mid-market segment across MENA.
Your role will focus on three core areas: selling, managing and growing client accounts for LinkedIn Talent & Learning Solutions.
You will own the full commercial relationship, from prospecting and closing new business to supporting existing clients as they expand their use of LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning suite.
You will work closely with the LinkedIn team in high‑potential markets, helping clients achieve their talent acquisition and learning goals.
What you’ll do
- Identify and acquire new mid-market accounts across MENA, focusing on companies with active talent attraction, recruitment and learning & development needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, negotiations and closing.
- Support clients throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption and growth, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate directly with the LinkedIn team on joint business development initiatives around Talent & Learning Solutions.
- Analyse market and client data to identify opportunities and build strong account plans.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and long‑term partnership.
- Contribute to strengthening WTC’s presence across MENA.
- Travel to client markets approximately once per quarter, for around one week.
