At Paul Marlex, we are looking for a Commercial Manager for a leading company specialising in international procurement within the retail and FMCG sector in Madrid.
- Analyse supplier commercial proposals and negotiation outcomes, preparing product-level recommendations and leading discussions with suppliers to secure optimal agreements.
- Optimize overall commercial and financial conditions with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the timely execution and renewal of contractual agreements within the assigned supplier portfolio.
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of supplier and product master data within the designated scope.
- Coordinate the implementation of product listings, delistings,



innovations, and assortment changes, ensuring timely execution across different markets and business units.
- Guarantee the quality and accuracy of pricing information communicated to internal stakeholders and administrative teams.
- Actively participate in supplier review meetings, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous business improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, commercial practices, and corporate governance standards in all supplier interactions.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, promoting high performance and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, commercial, and administrative departments, to support business objectives and operational excellence.
