ABOUT THE ROLE
As Fan Experience Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Kings League's matchday fan experience across our global leagues — identifying opportunities to deepen supporter engagement and unlock commercial value, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact activations on matchday. You'll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery, using fan feedback and performance data to continuously refine the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Fan Experience Strategy
- Identify opportunities to increase supporter engagement and generate additional commercial value through the matchday experience.
- Ensure fan experience plans and matchday initiatives are delivered effectively and align with agreed objectives and timelines.
- Develop business cases and proposals for new fan experience initiatives and matchday enhancements.
- Monitor project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting on outcomes.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align fan experience with overall brand, commercial partnerships, and activations on matchdays.
2. Fan Experience Execution
- Lead the enhancement of the Kings League matchday fan experience across our integral leagues, continuously upgrading experience for loyal fans.
- Plan, development and implementation of matchday fan engagement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and insights to help shape an engaging and consistent matchday experience for supporters.
