We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to take ownership of our Iberian market, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and further establishing Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in the region.

This is more than a sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a strategic market within a globally respected SAP consulting organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia
- Build pipeline,



win new business, and strengthen our market presence
- Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP
- Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements
- Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and overall market performance
- Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
