Mission

The Brand Manager EU exists to accelerate brand growth and build a distinctive, locally relevant position for the brand across the assigned territory. The role translates the European brand strategy into clear multi-market growth priorities, ensuring strong consumer relevance, effective commercial execution, disciplined budget management, and alignment across sales, local Bimbo teams or 3rd party distributors, category management, supply chain, finance, agencies, and regional marketing teams. It creates value by driving brand equity, trial, distribution, rate of sale, and profitable market share growth across a diverse portfolio of strategic and developing snacks markets, with different levels of brand maturity, retail structures,



and local consumer dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual brand plan for the assigned territory, translating European strategy into market priorities, growth levers, activations, and investment choices.
- Build a deep understanding of consumers, channels, competitors, retailers, distributors, and category dynamics across the assigned markets to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including media, digital, influencer, shopper, PR, experiential, and in-store activation plans.
- Partner with sales, distributors, and category management to strengthen distribution, visibility, promo execution, assortment, and market-specific growth plans.
- Manage innovation, renovation, and limited-edition launches across assigned markets, coordinating business cases, local adaptation, timelines, codification, and launch readiness.
