Metricool is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Spain, helping users understand and use our social media tools. You will handle chat inquiries, resolve questions, and guide users on features and plans.
Fluent in French and English is required, Spanish is a plus. You will collaborate with teams to improve resources and contribute to a positive user journey during standard working hours (10:00–19:00) with a one-hour break.
