Project Manager with Engineering background
for a leading global company in the
automotive technology
sector, with a major presence in Jaén.
We are looking for a Product Technical Leader/Project Manager to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D; projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget. The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical activities developed by R&D; collaborators from several areas, such electronics, design, simulations, system design, optics or prototypes. Assign the work packages according to the project budget. Responsible for the technical development of the product. Project planning tracking to ensure that all project deadlines are met. Technical interface between Valeo and customer for technical subjects, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs.
Integration and participation on a multidisciplinary team to achieve the project targets.
What we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in
Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering . Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization. Practical knowledge of the
electronic product development
process. Successful
experience in P0/P1 project development
(2–3 years). Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).
