Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns across key platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing. The Social Media Marketing Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and manage community interactions such as comments, messages, and customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with design and product teams, coordinating influencer and partnership activities, and aligning social media efforts with broader digital marketing and brand strategies.





Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning, organizing, and optimizing social content that supports brand and campaign goals.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including basic understanding of paid social, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, TikTok analytics, or similar).
- Strong sense of style and interest in fashion, festivals, and youth culture trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
