This one-year program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Data, International Business or related fields, with a high level of English and a strong interest in transactional banking, client solutions and innovation. You will rotate across selected Global Transaction Banking teams and gain broad exposure to Cash Management, Export & Agency Finance, Trade & Working Capital and other GTB solutions.
For this year's edition, the vacancies within these teams will be based in the following locations: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan and Paris.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
As part of Santander Future Talents: Global Transaction Banking Graduate Program, you will rotate across selected GTB product teams and support the development and execution of solutions that meet our clients’ day-to-day transactional and financing needs. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends,
competitive dynamics and new client opportunities.
- Analyse data to identify high-potential clients, products and business segments and turn findings into actionable insights.
- Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals and presentations that help teams bring client solutions to market.
- Gain hands‑on experience in transactional banking by contributing to real projects and operations across Cash Management, Export & Agency Finance and Trade & Working Capital.
- Present projects, insights and recommendations to colleagues, partners and senior leaders while learning from experts across the business.

- University degree: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Data, International Business or a related field.
- English level: High proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
- Financial knowledge: Strong understanding of finance and an interest in integral transaction banking and corporate client solutions.
- Skills: Collaborative mindset, strong analytical and communication skills,
and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Digital capabilities: Confident user of artificial intelligence and digital productivity tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly in a professional environment.
- Availability: Able to join the program in July or September 2027, depending on the country.
