As a globally active freight forwarding company with a strong focus on sea freight, we offer a dynamic environment where ownership, speed, and collaboration are key.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Finance & Accounting Manager, you will lead the local finance function and act as a key partner to management and HQ. Your responsibilities will include:Lead financial reporting under IFRS and Spanish GAAP, ensuring compliance and accuracyManage the monthly closing process and ensure timely reporting to HQPrepare and analyze management reports, budgets, and rolling forecasts (RFC)Provide clear visibility on financial performance, identifying drivers, risks,



and opportunitiesMaintain high accounting standards and ensure robust internal controlsSupport audits and regulatory requirements in SpainOversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, collections, reconciliations)Ensure proper booking of all transactions and reliable financial recordsLead and develop a small local accounting teamManage external partners (tax advisors, auditors, payroll providers in Spain)Deliver actionable financial insights to support local and general decision-makingWho We’re Looking ForYou are a hands-on, solution-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment and enjoys building structure in a growing organization.Your Profile:Strong background in accounting and financial managementDegree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (Master’s / CPA / equivalent is a plus)5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an international companyExperience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similarly operational environment is an advantageSolid knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GA
