The execution-focused Account Executive Toppie will be based in Barcelona and will be responsible for driving growth within the Brands and Agencies sector in the EMEA region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the EMEA market and excellent sales and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within multi-layered organizations.

Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the EMEA Region. Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies. Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.

Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort's entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie.

Experience: 3+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component.





Sales Track Record: A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership over deal outcomes and complex cycles. Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally in STEM, Economics, or Finance); an MBA is a plus, though we value a "learner's mindset" above all.

Industry Fluency: Familiarity with the advertising landscape—bonus points if you already speak the lingo of auctions and marketplace monetization. A team-oriented professional who is curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a remote-friendly, evolving environment.

Mobility: Willingness and eagerness to travel regionally and internationally to engage with clients and represent the brand at industry events.

Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms. Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization. Fluency in additional languages beyond English. Professionals who are not content with superficial answers and dive deeply into the details to uncover root causes and optimal solutions.
