Responsabilidades

Collaborate with product, frontend, design and QA to scope features and ensure smooth experiences

Leverage AI coding tools (Claude) to speed up development while critically reviewing AI output

Build and ship AI-driven products, workflows, and agents

Contribute across the SDLC with architecture input, design feedback, and deployment strategy

Develop robust features, databases, APIs, and infrastructure; fix bugs at speed while maintaining quality

Own end-to-end feature delivery (design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, iterate)

Ensure high-quality, customer-focused products through strong testing and validation





Communicate with cross-functional teams; translate requirements for non-technical stakeholders

Unblock teams with clear questions, rapid debugging, and practical solutions

Adhere to Deel's coding standards, testing, deployment, and operational responsibilities

Maintain information security and manage cost efficiencies in development and operations

Take accountability for service excellence from design to production

Requisitos principales 4+ years as Backend/Software Engineer

Experience shipping real AI products and handling production issues

Proficiency in NodeJS or Python; clean, maintainable code

Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge; PostgreSQL and ORM (Sequelize/TypeORM) experience

Experience shipping Claude-powered features; ability to prompt, review, and balance AI vs manual coding

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document and explain concepts; strong remote collaboration

Ability to work in distributed teams with async communication

Commitment to secure coding, data handling, and compliance

Awareness of cost efficiency and resource optimization
