Overview In this role you will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutions to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. You join the central AI function and work across AI development, data practice, and automation teams to deliver reusable, secure, production-ready AI components. You will prototype fast, convert use cases into scalable apps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within a high-visibility AI Center of Excellence.

Responsabilidades Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutions

Prototype AI use cases and convert them into production-ready applications

Build AI services, APIs, and enterprise workflow integrations

Integrate AI models into ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other systems

Develop reusable components, integration patterns, and shared services

Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and architecture standards





Contribute to AI integration standards and best practices

Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed and ROI

Document solutions and support knowledge transfer across teams

Requisitos principales 3+ years experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or AI-enabled system integration

Strong development skills in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs

Solid understanding of data pipelines, orchestration, and system integration

Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus)

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment

Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles

Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management

Experience with low-code / no-code platforms (Power Platform, RPA) is a plus collaboration across cross-functional teams strong communication and knowledge transfer problem solving and pragmatic decision making
