Overview

As AI Lead, you define and drive Alira Health's AI strategy across IEC and EVG, aligning with business priorities and regulatory governance. You will lead phased AI adoption to enable scalable operational value and measurable efficiency gains. You'll guide the AI CoE, governance, and training, ensuring responsible AI usage within a regulated environment.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IS&T;, PMO, and Operations to deliver a sustainable AI program. You'll shape a future where AI enhances daily processes while upholding privacy and compliance.

Responsabilidades

Define and maintain the enterprise AI roadmap and long-term development strategy

Lead the 2026 phased AI delivery (Phase I–III) from onboarding to deployment

Prioritize AI initiatives by business value with PMO and operations

Implement centralized AI governance aligned with security and compliance

Minimize shadow IT through guardrails in partnership with IS&T;

Define data governance foundations and access boundaries

Ensure feasibility checks for AI initiatives with IS&T; and PMO

Establish standardized adoption frameworks and training





Provide reporting to AI Committee on adoption, risks and benefits

Oversee AI-enabled reporting and KPI automation projects

Define governance controls for AI solutions and escalate risks to COO/AI Committee

Lead adoption measurement, including metrics like completion, user satisfaction, and planning maturity

Requisitos principales Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biostatistics, Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus)

8–12+ years in data science/ML/analytics/AI delivery

3–5+ years leading teams or enterprise programs

Experience implementing AI governance and scalable adoption in regulated environments

Proven cross-functional leadership with IS&T;/IT, PMO, and Operations in matrix organizations

Executive presence

Strong influence and alignment-building

High judgment and risk awareness

Strong applied ML/analytics with implementation oversight

Familiarity with MLOps and secure-by-design practices

Data governance and privacy-by-design concepts
