As Area Sales

Manager, you arethe face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory You are a networker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site,



while also maintaining contact using digital tools You coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products Permanent residence within the sales territory and experience in sales, business administration, or a skilled trade with motivation for further professional development Passion for sales and customer interaction combined with an independent, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset Strong affinity for wood as a material, willingness to travel regularly within the region, and a valid driver's license Native-level Spain language skills as well as fluent Portuguese and English skills, any additional language is considered a plus Responsibility for your own sales region in an innovative, growth- and future-oriented company Opportunities for promotion and professional development through our personnel development program An attractive performance-based salary that rewards your success
