Your Mission As Assistant Technical Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates flawlessly. Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, you will help ensure the proper maintenance of all facilities, support the day-to-day technical operation, and guarantee that every corner of The Standard Ibiza meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest experience. We are looking for a solution-oriented, organized professional with a passion for hotel maintenance, capable of combining technical expertise, operational leadership, and a genuine attention to detail.

Assist in managing the hotel's physical infrastructure, including equipment, HVAC and refrigeration systems, swimming pools, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.



Help ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility safety standards. Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

Support the Technical Services Manager in developing and implementing the hotel's preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. Assist in the management and control of inventory materials, spare parts, and technical equipment. Support the management, training, and development of the technical team.

Qualifications Technical training in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance. You'll become part of a dynamic, creative, and diverse team at one of the world's most innovative and inspiring hospitality brands.
