Overview In this role you will manage UL Fuses product lines across the full lifecycle, aligning with Littelfuse strategy and profitability targets. You'll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to drive product development, pricing, forecasting, and market-relevant initiatives. You help optimize margins, support launches, and enable cost reduction and local sourcing. This position offers cross-functional impact in a global, growth‐minded culture.

Responsabilidades

Manage product lines through entire life cycle ensuring alignment with strategy and profitability

Define pricing to support revenue and margins

Drive top-line growth and improve product margins through performance reviews

Support product rationalization based on profitability and strategy

Forecast demand with Sales and coordinate with Operations on capacity and demand

Manage safety stock and obsolescence

Coordinate product change requests with proper processes and notifications

Support P&L; reviews and actions to improve margins

Assist Sales activities at customer events and opportunities

Identify customer needs and opportunities to feed product development and roadmap

Develop product support materials, prototypes, and documentation for launches





Participate in sales release process for timely launches

Drive cost reduction and local sourcing initiatives

Contribute to product line strategy and roadmaps

Assist with internal/external product training

Provide product support at tradeshows and industry events

Other duties as assigned

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Engineering, Business, or other quantitative/technical discipline (preferred)

Minimum 5 years in operations, technical, or technical sales roles

Experience in customer-facing roles with strong requirements-gathering abilities

Experience in electrical, industrial distribution, or electrical OEM industries (preferred)

Strong understanding of product management, lifecycle, pricing, forecasting, profitability

Experience with new product development, launches, and revisions

Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights

Advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
