Overview

As a Backend Engineer in the Investments team, you build a secure, real-time trading platform powering crypto, stocks, ETFs, and managed funds. You work with cross‐functional partners to deliver features from concept to production, while navigating high‐speed markets and regulatory constraints. You'll own delivery, contribute to product discovery, and continuously improve systems via innovation sprints.

Responsabilidades Write high-quality, performant Kotlin code and navigate the codebase fluently

Own features from concept to production, including deployment and incident handling





Partner with Product Managers during product discovery to align technical decisions with user experience

Question existing approaches and seek simpler, better solutions

Identify knowledge gaps and take ownership to address technical problems

Share learnings from GSDD projects with the team to build collective knowledge
