Join a fast-growing European AI SaaS startup transforming customer communication through AI-powered voice technology. As one of the early commercial hires for the Dutch market, you will play an important role in building pipeline and supporting the company's expansion in the Netherlands while working closely with the local Account Executive team, founders, and HQ in Vienna. This is a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on role where you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and generating new business opportunities in a fast-scaling environment. You will not be starting from scratch: the company already has strong traction in the DACH market, an established product-market fit, centralized marketing support, and an active pipeline generation strategy. As an early member of the Dutch team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on growth, help shape the local outbound strategy, and grow your career alongside the company's international expansion.
Your responsibilities and impact as SDR will be:




- Identifying and reaching out to potential SMB customers in the Dutch market
- Generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling demos for the Account Executive team
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Learning customer pain points and effectively communicating the value of the platform
- Working closely with Account Executives and founders to improve messaging and outreach strategies
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and activity tracking
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Providing market feedback and insights from conversations with prospects
- Contributing to the growth and scaling of the Dutch commercial team
