Overview In this role, you will lead branding and loyalty initiatives across CSS EMEIA, shaping brand value propositions and ensuring consistent guidelines regionally. You will work closely with regional leaders and marketing teams to deliver brand architecture, positioning, and consolidations that drive commercial impact. You will design and manage loyalty programs to boost engagement, retention, and advocacy, using data to optimize outcomes.

Responsabilidades Lead regional branding initiatives across CSS EMEIA for multiple portfolios (Compression and Air Treatment).

Drive brand architecture, positioning, transitions, and consolidations with cross-functional teams.





Develop execution roadmaps and ensure timely delivery across countries and channels.

Coordinate marketing, communications, legal, digital, operations, sales, and support activities for branding changes.

Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

5–10 years in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, or loyalty programs

Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders

Strong understanding of brand governance, implementation, and customer lifecycle management

Experience in a B2B industrial/manufacturing/engineering environment is preferred

Experience supporting regional or global branding initiatives
