The HR Integration tribe offers an integration platform connecting internal and external partners in the area of HR with a focus on Core HR, Payroll input and Workforce management.

As a business analyst in the HR Integration tribe, you are the link between the development teams and the different stakeholders of the SD Connect Integration Platform, supporting & guiding internal and external partners who want to make use of our integration Platform.

… Manage change request related to data mappings on partner level Report on the quality of the integration through monthly and quarterly assessments Participate in and/or lead improvement projects related to the SD Connect platform A university degree (Master or bachelor) or equivalent through experience.

- 5 years + experience in system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultants in the domain of HR - Knowledge of Payroll processes and/or experience with Core HR systems (Workday, Successfactors, … ) is a plus - Capture business & functional requirements and assess the impact on technical implementation - Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
