Overview In this role you act as a consultant for process experts on KPI-related topics and own the creation and management of reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. You ensure the quality and sustainability of the existing reporting system and help optimize operational units with clear, user-friendly solutions. You join a motivated, international team at the intersection of agility and security within Schwarz Digits.

You will contribute to data-driven decision making and digital transformation across Europe.

Responsabilidades Consult with process expert departments on KPI topics

Create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow

Manage and assure quality of the existing reporting system

Optimize operational unit governance with clear solutions collaborate within an international team

Requisitos principales University degree in Information Technology or similar (desired)





Experience in reporting, performance analysis and statistics

Experience with ServiceNow (administration/usage)

Familiarity with ITIL Foundation

Understanding of service and support processes

Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify dependencies

Ability to evaluate, review and test own work

Ability to prepare and conduct workshops

Ability to explain complex issues simply

Motivation to learn new topics

Results-oriented with a can-do attitude; adaptability and resourcefulness

Fluent English; German is an advantage
