Overview In this role you own and evolve reporting, analytics and automation across the European digital transformation unit to enable data-driven decisions for sales and marketing. You design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and standardized reporting, partnering with business and tech teams to translate requirements into reliable insights. You drive data quality, governance and scalable solutions, while exploring AI-enabled analytics to streamline narratives and insights.

End-to-end ownership of reporting frameworks and data pipelines

Enable consistent, decision-ready reporting across Europe through automated reporting and ad-hoc analysis

Maintain high data quality and reliability across reports

Contribute to improvement of reporting infrastructure and metrics definitions

Identify opportunities to automate and optimize analytics and data processes

Design and document data pipelines, dependencies and sources





Coordinate with IT and Data Platform teams for automation enhancements

Support sustainable, well-governed processes

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into analytical requirements

Own dashboards and reporting lifecycle from design to maintenance

Perform structured and ad-hoc analysis to support business priorities

Explore AI-enabled analytics to automate narratives and insights

Requisitos principales Proven experience in a Business Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics role

Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts

ELT mindset and familiarity with dbt concepts

Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation

Experience with Cloud Data Warehouse (ideally Snowflake)

Advanced SQL skills (data modeling basics, complex joins, transformations, optimization)

Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX

EU citizenship or valid work permit required

Team player in a multicultural, cross-functional environment

Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations

Independent work style with prioritization and accountability dbt concepts
