2. Role Purpose
As a Mechanic at Nayak,



you will support Line Maintenance operations by ensuring that aircraft are maintained in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Working alongside licensed engineers, you will contribute to maintaining high operational standards and ensuring fleet reliability.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT) under supervision and contribute to the safety and operational efficiency of the fleet.
- Conduct routine inspections on aircraft components, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements and adjustments to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft.
- Document all maintenance activities and maintain records in compliance with aviation regulations; report unsafe situations, incidents, or accidents, and certify proper execution of work.
