Job Description: The department is the organization in charge of designing, developing and delivering Training and Operations Support solutions required by Airbus Defence and Space Customers to operate efficiently and safely their Airbus military aircraft. In the frame of Operations Support solutions, and in order to achieve its mission, is responsible for providing the Flight Operations Manuals that the aircraft is flied with, as well as the Operations Support Services required to contribute to aircraft mission availability and mission success. In order to support a challenging new project within Tankers Programme, and to retain capabilities with special emphasis in Flight Operations Support and Flight Operations Manuals, with the end user in the centre of our activity.

Responsibilities
- Acting as product responsible in front of the Customer and the organization, leading and supporting as required any technical discussion related to A330 MRTT Flight Operations Manuals.




- Leading and coordinating a team of subcontracted authors to produce and maintain the relevant technical content of the said manuals, whilst coordinating internally with the rest of the team members.
- Acting as principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) of A330 MRTT+ technical topics, current and future, instructing the team of authors as required, and supervising the technical content related in the corresponding Operational Publications.
- Controlling both the technical configuration and the technical contents of our products, especially when it comes to A330 Neo contribution.
- When necessary, performing the technical authoring of the said manuals: producing technical content in regular (basic, planned) revisions or in unplanned revisions of Flight Operations Manuals.
