Responsabilidades Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company mission

Drive international expansion and market entry through partnerships

Lead capital-raising efforts including Series A and subsequent rounds

Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team

Act as primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders





Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and scalability

Requisitos principales 10+ years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors

At least 5 years in a C-level position

Proven success in scaling companies internationally and securing substantial investment

Deep knowledge of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation

Strong interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build consensus

Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
