We are looking for a talented part-time or full-time Chief of Staff (60-100%) to join our dynamic team, at our Barcelona office.

Our group's CEO, COO and CFO need to be able to focus on what really matters. You serve as the link between the top management's vision and the team's execution. Strategic management support Prepare and facilitate management meetings (Executive Committee, OKRs, Board), and coordinate quarterly All-hands meetings Conduct ad hoc analyses of the market, competition and business model when decisions require it Represent top management on certain internal matters Project management Lead certain cross-functional initiatives and projects (CSR project, AI & Productivity Champions program, etc) Track progress on projects priorities,



identify deviations and propose adjustments Lead high-priority projects that top management doesn't have the bandwidth to handle (security projects, compliance projects, business development projects, etc) Conduct quality checks, ensuring our standards are met everywhere, all the time Tools management GSuite, Notion, 1Password, Slack and Aircall Lead Notion-related projects, liaising with our Notion consultant Test AI solutions that are built in-house Reporting to the CEO (Maxime Friess) and COO (Laurent Lacourt) Permanent contract (indefinite Spanish contract) Part-time or full-time position: Workdays will include Tuesdays and Wednesdays (at the office) in any case You graduated from a top university/business school You bring entrepreneurial experience (founder, start-up, high-growth environment) or in investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting You are strong with data and digital tools You speak (and write) French and English fluently; You can work in the EU without visa sponsorship.
