Overview In this role you will lead the technology strategy and engineering organization to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions for a Business-to-Government environment. You will shape the multi-year roadmap, govern architecture and security standards, and drive innovation with AI-enabled approaches. You will partner with product, business, and leadership to translate technology into measurable business outcomes while fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios flexible compensation private health insurance canteen and on-site meals adaptable working hours remote work option diversity and inclusion initiatives Responsabilidades Define and drive the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap (build/buy/partner) aligned with goals and regulatory requirements Own the technology budget, drive efficiency via FinOps, TCO management, and unit economics Set target architecture (cloud-native, event-driven, microservices, zero-trust) for scalability and resilience Foster innovation through pilots and AI-augmented development with governance Establish and scale engineering standards across DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability Ensure security and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, PSD2)



via secure-by-design principles and risk management Act as senior technical counterpart for strategic clients to align tech with business impact Manage vendor and partner relationships for strategic alignment and accountability Coordinate between technology and other departments (e.g., Product Management) to ensure delivery Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive cross-border engineering organization Drive talent development and succession planning for long-term capability Align technology, product, and business through planning, prioritisation, and leadership communication Requisitos principales Solid experience in technology leadership roles at scale Enterprise technology strategy ownership; B2G or security tech experience a plus Experience delivering large-scale, multi-year digital or software projects Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud-native operations, DevSecOps/SRE, and AI impact on technology orgs Strong stakeholder communication with ability to influence at board/regulatory level Ability to foster high-trust, high-performance, inclusive engineering cultures Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; development/architecture background preferred strong stakeholder communication ability to influence at board and regulatory level leadership of diverse, cross-border teams APIs microservices event-driven architectures
