Overview As a Commercial Attorney in Europe, you will support customer and channel sales transactions for a SaaS/Cloud security provider. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and ensure policy compliance across deals in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks, data privacy, and revenue recognition.

Sales and other groups with legal requests Provide timely, clear legal guidance to internal clients in a fast-moving environment Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements Requisitos principales Qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction 5+ years experience supporting customer and channel sales transactions for technology companies (SaaS/Cloud or security preferred) Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements Strong knowledge of data privacy and technology law Fluent in English; French and/or German helpful Problem solving in quickly moving situations Negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and technology partners Commercially driven and client-focused communication Data privacy and technology law Understanding of revenue recognition principles Tender and procurement processes
