The role is responsible for supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, team leadership, and performance management, ensuring delivery of regional revenue, margin, and sourcing objectives while building strong supplier partnerships and a high-performing team culture.## Key Responsibilities* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contracting Managers.

Deliver regional commercial, sourcing,



and operational objectives.

Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, and supplier terms.

Monitor commercial KPIs and supplier performance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver business goals.

Skills & Experience Experience managing travel supply chains and contracting suppliers across products such as hotels, transfers, car rental, or experiences.

Strong commercial negotiation experience, including rates, terms, service levels, and performance agreements.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actions.

Experience managing supplier performance against commercial KPIs.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
