Crandon is a Barcelona-based asset management boutique specialising in the origination, structuring and monitoring of debt and equity real estate investments for professional and institutional investors. We are the strategic partner of choice for those looking to invest in the Spanish real estate market, supporting them across the entire investment value chain: finding the opportunity, structuring it and managing it through to capital recovery.
The Launchpad Program is not a conventional internship. In each intake, Crandon selects a very small group of people to share their experience with and learn together. You will join the Investment team with real exposure from day one to the sourcing, analysis and structuring of debt and equity real estate transactions, as well as live deal management.
Throughout the intake you will combine this work with a comprehensive training programme: 6 to 8 sessions on investment structuring, legal, fixed income and alternative assets, breakfasts with the founder and 1:1 follow-up sessions.
