Your mission as Marketing Manager Fine Fragrance for Europe & Africa is to drive business growth by partnering closely with Sales and Development. You’ll bring strategic marketing expertise to create impactful, trend-driven proposals tailored to client needs. You’ll contribute to client presentations, adapt materials for key projects, and help shape account plans with insights on brands, portfolios, and consumer trends. Leading regional marketing initiatives, you’ll collaborate with teams like Perfumery, Evaluation, and R&D; to deliver innovative solutions that strengthen Eurofragance’s value to clients.



?️ Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day Act as a strategic partner to the EA Sales Team by co-leading client initiatives, preparing presentations that align with global marketing strategies while being tailored to each client’s specific business needs. Brief the Fragrance Development Management (FDM) Team with clear, insight-driven fragrance concepts, ensuring that client objectives are accurately translated into fragrance creations that meet expectations. Contribute to the Global Marketing Team's vision by providing regional input in the development of proactive marketing tools, ensuring EA’s business needs are well represented and reflected in the global marketing calendar. Ensure the EA Sales Team is well-equipped and trained on new technologies and launches, delivering compelling marketing stories in collaboration with R&D; and Evaluation teams.
