We’re looking for an experienced
Change Manager
to support the international rollout of
Coupa P2P
for a leading general insurance group.
Permanent contract or Freelance
Lead
Change Management
activities across multiple countries.
Develop and coordinate
change, communication & training plans .
Drive
business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management .
Coordinate deliverables, actions and timelines across global and local teams.
Proven experience in
Change Management & international transformation projects .
Strong knowledge of
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
processes.
Hands-on experience with
training, communication and change adoption .
Experience with
Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft
is a plus.
